Use of provided image material Section
1 Use of image material
(1) The provider makes image material available to the customer/partner exclusively for use for their own internal business purposes.
(2) In particular, the customer/partner is prohibited from passing on the image material – in whole or in part – to third parties, publishing it, reproducing it, editing it or using it in any other way outside their own company, unless the provider has given their express written consent in advance.
(3) The customer/partner undertakes to take appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised use or disclosure of the image material.
(4) In the event of violations of these provisions, the provider reserves all civil and copyright claims.
