Multiple Nozzle Desuperheater: Efficiency and Safety Built for Your Applications

Multiple Nozzle Desuperheaters offer a reliable and flexible solution for various applications, particularly in low- and medium-pressure systems. Designed to handle steam temperatures of up to 600 °C, they are well-suited for boiler and turbine systems. Cooling water is delivered via a lance to high-performance nozzles positioned within the steam pipe. These nozzles ensure even and effective cooling, supported by a flanged nozzle rod for seamless integration into the steam line. A piston-controlled mechanism adjusts the nozzles with precision, while the integrated injection control valve eliminates the need for additional components, reducing installation costs. To provide added flexibility, the design accommodates nozzles of various sizes, allowing the system to adapt to your specific needs.

For maximum safety under high-stress conditions, the pressure-retaining components are manufactured from solid forged material, avoiding welded seams in the hot area. This ensures exceptional durability and operational reliability, even under extreme conditions.
