Conditions of participation

1. Target group 

The training course is aimed exclusively at companies and their employees. Private individuals are excluded from participation.

2. Registration & conclusion 

Registration & conclusion of contract Registration is carried out via the online form provided on our website. By submitting your registration, you are making a binding offer to participate. The contract is only concluded upon our written confirmation.

3. Participation fees

The training course is subject to a fee. The prices quoted are net plus statutory value added tax. The participation fee is due within 14 days of invoicing, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Services

The participation fee includes:

• Participation in the on-site training course
• Training materials (digital or printed)
• Certificate of attendance
• Beverages during the event Additional services, such as catering or individual consultations, are not included in the offer unless specifically stated.

5. Cancellation & rebooking

Cancellation of participation is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the training course. Rebooking to another date or another participant is possible free of charge, provided that capacity is available.

6. Cancellation by the organiser

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the training course for important reasons (e.g. illness of the trainer, insufficient number of participants, force majeure). In this case, any fees already paid will be refunded in full. No further claims can be made.

7. Liability

We are only liable for damage to property or health within the scope of the statutory provisions.

8. Data protection

All data collected during registration will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the training course. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

9. Miscellaneous

By registering, you accept these terms and conditions of participation. German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of our company.
