Actuators
Pneumatic linear actuators
Application | Pneumatic linear actuators are used to actuate control valves in industrial plants. They deliver high actuating forces with short actuating times. |
Function | The required reset force is generated by the pressure spring on the diaphragm disc. If the control medium stops, then the spring load returns the actuator to the starting position. |
Spring operation | The actuator is optionally available with the spring force extending or retracting the actuator stem. |
Engineering | Highest lifecycle and reliability through the use of roll diaphragms, special seal-wiper combination elements and maintenance-free slide bearings. |
Ambient temperature | -40°C...+80°C |
Actuating force | up to 32 kN |
Air connection | PA-N160 and PA-N300: NPT 1/4 PA-N540: NPT 1/2 PA-N1080 and PA-N2160: NPT 3/4 |
Function | Actuator spindle extended without air, reversible |
Actuating pressure | Max. 6 bar |
