We invest in people
Those who also wish to compete successfully on global markets of tomorrow must invest not only in machines and technology, but also in people. Many companies have reduced their training budgets over the years. HORA is different. We responded early to the impending lack of qualified specialised workers. Over the last five years, we have doubled the training posts and simultaneously expanded the range of career training opportunities available. In the meantime, around 15 percent of our employees are apprentices or study at technical colleges or universities.

Combine training and university studies
Qualified practical technical training and simultaneous university studies for a bachelor's or master's degree are the core of dual study options sponsored and supported by HORA.
Whether you want a classic dual or a combined/cooperative course of studies with integrated vocational training: We will assist you during this business practice phase or facilitate internships of several months in duration. In this way, you can enhance your studies with relevant business experience and earn money to pay your ongoing tuition fees at the same time.
In the company, you will be fully integrated into our day-to-day business and will develop an understanding for the relationships between the departments and how they all work together. You will be involved in current projects and have the option of combining your class, project, and/or degree work with current business issues.
